RRE, Dragon Fang, and the Neutral Colony

Rai-Ryu - A Zaibatsu that has remained in the control of 2 families, the upper house the Nightingale Family, and the lower house, the Tsukitaka Family. It produces many products from its various companies under the umbrella of Rai-Ryu International. Rai-Ryu Electronics got into the business of manufacturing military products by manufacturing various pieces under a military contract which was accepted by then President Rufous Nightingale. Their success in this market made the decision to dedicate more resources toward it seem a smart one. Rai Ryu decided to design their own military systems instead of just making parts for others. This decision though they knew would come with risks. They built their manufacturing facilities for these systems to a neutral colony and it was there that they produced their first jet fighters.  They needed a team to test out these fighters during development and so they created one with no real name at the time, and they deployed them in maneuvers around the colony. A news article had claimed this was the "Dragon baring its fangs". From that statement this new team was given the name Dragon Fangs. They would produce armed versions of these jets for Dragon Fang and the Security team of the colony and unarmed versions (that could easily be armed) to anyone with the money, which included PMC, Pirates, and Civilians. These moves were fairly successful for the business and so development of better weaponry continued to the point where we are at now with the release of the Kiba following shortly after that of the Nimbus.

Dragon Fangs - The Rai Ryu Test Team which was then formed into a PMC. While Fang Team 1 remains the Test Team the rest of DF was formed to create additional profits and was formed when Rai Ryu bought out an existing PMC and integrated it into the Rai Ryu family of companies. They are currently under a contract working for Zeitgeist. 

(Insert Colony name here) - Nicknamed "The Neutral Colony" it is situated almost right along the border between Zeitgeist and A.E.O. Territories. This is where Rai Ryu set up shop along with Dragon Fang. Due to the protection provided by Rai Ryu's security forces and Dragon Fang this became to be known as one of the safest places for people who wouldn't take sides in this war. Soon pirates, other PMCs, vendors, and the Black Market would all setup their own places there. Noone starting any trouble however as Rai Ryu patrolled the place and dealt with any misbehavior quickly and severely. All disagreement between people in the colony were settled outside of what Rai Ryu designated as their space. Which is why just outside of that area alot of good parts can be scavenged from the "disagreements".

The Nightingale Family:

Rufous Nightingale: The Current CEO and Principal Owner of Rai Ryu. He is the father of the Nightingale siblings though he only really acted as a Parent towards the eldest Dust. Once their mother died he lost his goofball like nature and devoted himself to the business and became distant from his other 2 sons. 



Dust Nightingale: The Head of Mobile Weapon Development for Rai Ryu, former Captain for Zeitgeist, Lead Pilot of Fang Team 1. Eldest of the Nightingale siblings, graduated with a specialty in Engineering from a Zeitgeist Military Academy and served as a pilot for Zeitgeist before returning to the company to take his place in both R&D and as a pilot for the test team. 


Rufous Nightingale JR. (This will be my PC for the RP and the members of DF joining will be part of his team) - Though born Rufous Nightingale JR, he changed his name once he was able to legally do so to Giallo Nightingale. He felt a sharp sense of abandonment after his mother died and his father became more reclusive, he went into depression, he started to crave forms of control in his life to ease his abandonment issues, he started to be more controlling in his life and in his relationships. He modeled for company adverts as well as other products taking advantage of his good looks and position to gain fame which he would then use to lure in "toys" for him to play with. Once he used up or broke these groupies he would often toss them aside, alot of times leaving his own special marking upon them. While his actions were quite reprehensible, because of his status in the colony and his influence he was more often than not beyond reproach. He chose the name Giallo as it referenced a genre of Slasher films and played a bit to one of his favorite activities which involved the use of custom made claws he had created that he uses for both defensive purposes and in his sexual life. He is crass, rude, sadistic, and a stain upon the family's good name. Before he devoted himself to this life of sin he was a gifted student and had learned to pilot from his Brother. In an attempt to distance him from the more reputable parts of the company but still keep an eye on him, his Father offered him a team in Dragon Fang that would report to his brother. This is the now infamous Fang Team Zero which are known for their high percentage of success but also for the more violent methods used to achieve them. They are often called the Dragon Fang's "Wrecking Crew".



Charlie Nightingale: The Youngest of the siblings, in an attempt to keep this son from ending up as bad as Giallo his father spoiled him as if to buy his loyalty and affection. Sent him to all the best schools and kept him under close watch. This didn't turn out as well as he wanted as he soon found he could manipulate his caretakers with threats and being given everything he desired just made him feel entitled. The influence from Giallo didn't help either, as he was still present and even when he wasn't his brother could easily find out about his exploits. Though just in his younger teens he is quite sexual, often teasing his staff knowing they can't do anything about it and even taking advantage of them when it suits him. When not indulging his desires in the family Mansion he often speaks to his his brothers, he receives private tutoring from Dust every weekend and often sends secret communications to Giallo as he is forbidden to speak to him without supervision. He has very feminine looks which he uses when he wants to frustrate the butlers or go out in secret.
