Several disgruntled citizens were rallying in front of the New Italian Government Building. Bringing mobile suits and mobile gears they marched down the streets of Calabria, pressing for reforms. Although the mob of angry citizens looked intimidating they had no intention to fight. Days earlier, the Italian Government got wind of this and employed FUSE to stop the rally.
So FUSE responded, and sent the rookie team of Ariah, Ayana, Akira, Phuc Luke and Takashi, along with the veteran team of Hirmm Levenstin, Gail Goodwin and Christian Graves to control the rally, to ensure it will be peaceful. Yesterday, April 4, the cadets arrived on Earth bringing with them their new mobile suits. Under the control of Commander Jenna Marie Massoli, FUSE was expected to do their best.
Commander Massoli instructed these seven pilots to go out in their mobile suits and stand in front of the building. Meanwhile, the presence of FUSE made the people angrier. "You stupid fucking FUSE!" said the mob. They shook the Government Building's gates. Their mobile gears and mobile suits advanced closer, but they did not dare raise their cannons yet.
Ayana was sitting in the cockpit of her Uesugi, and she was looking at the mob from below. "There's got to be around 600-800 people here... One Prawn, one Nimbus, and 4 Zigbins. Akira, Takeshi, Ariah? Are you there?" she asked them over the radio.

In the cockpit of the harlequin , Ariah continues to watch at the scene that's unfolding right in front of her.
She starts to consider a scenario in where they're forced into combat; there will be no problem dealing with the zigbins, as they should be easy enough to disable without much difficulty. The prawn and the nimbus might be a different matter altogether; but the likelihood of those mobile suits being piloted by skilled pilots doesn’t seem very likely and at most, the pilot could be a novice .
What worries her however is the angry mob.
While she’s very aware that they aren’t planning on opening fire on them ( at least, for now) , no one knows what they might have up their sleeve and what they could possibly be planning, so Ariah can’t simply overlook them as if they aren’t so much of a threat at all ; for all you know, they could have a trick up their sleeve that could possibly catch them off guard.
And she simply can't rule out the chance of them deciding to launch an attack on foot,though such an act would feel more like a suicide attempt than anything else ; Here there are six hundred people, with the probability of a good deal of them not being properly armed at all and going against seven machines as tall as buildings that could easily wipe them out in a matter of seconds.
The thought of having to quell the mob in such a scenario such a bad aftertaste in Ariah’s mouth.
Ariah is not one to enjoy needless killing; She only resorts to combat when it is needed, and will not hesitate to incapacitate her enemies if it is required to . Simply put, the act of having to commit mindless slaughter goes against her ideals as a knight. Ideally speaking she would want to end things with no casualties on both sides, but such a thought is realistically impossible, so at the very least, she hopes that the entire fiasco ends with minimal casualties.
Ariah’s lips curl into a small frown “Tch,this is quite a problem. I'm quite sure the suits won't be so much problem if they decide to engage combat with us; But I can't overrule the possibility of the civilians not having some sort of plan.It might be a wise idea to pay attention to their actions. Civilians they may be, but who knows what they might have up their sleeves"Perhaps, she could possibly just be over thinking things, but that's Ariah just being cautious about things that she's unsure of.
She checks the equipment that she has stowed in a bag she placed behind her seat to make sure she has brought what she needs in case she might end up having to leave her mobile suit : Her collapsible tonfas, a small hand gun, a first aid kit, and a bottle of water

Takeshi was sitting in the cockpit of his Suzume in front of the new Italian Government Building with his squadmates, keeping a battalion of angry rioters at bay. One of them charged at Takeshi's machine and started hitting its foot with a club. He noticed the angry citizen and with a nudge of the controls, picked him up on the Suzumes toe and flung him back. He flipped a switch that opened up the mobile suits middle finger and shot out a squirt of riot foam, pinning the man to the ground. He closed it back up and sigh. ("*sigh*...How did it ever come to this?") Just then, he got a call on his comm.

Luke looked out of the small bullet-proof window by side of his bed as he was woke up for his shift. He could see a beautiful blue sky marred only by the occasional white cloud, or stream of mobile weapon exhaust. As he pulled his uniform on his attention fell to the grounds of the base where he saw the two sights he had grown accustomed to ever since his demotion and subesquent re-assignment to Gioia Tauro. To his left Luke could see row after row of the prisitne cadet attended olive trees that were this particular FUSE base's pride and joy. Meanwhile, to his right the young guard saw a somewhat less inspring sight, calling the group of people camped outside the base a protest, would be like calling the Mediterranean Sea a few drops of water.
Honestly, he could sympathize with the protestors after all prices for everything were rising: food, fuel, clothing, hell even renting a barely habitable apartment without going into debt was nearly impossible for most people. It wasn't just in Italy either, from what he could decipher from his uncle's half legible half drunken scrawl things in New New Yark weren't much better. Whats more if it weren't for the wrinkled, 100% cotton, 100 percent child sewn uniform on his back he'd probably be out there with the "rabble". Well that and getting a paycheck every now and then from the government certainly didn't hurt to motivate him when it came time for him to use his whoop-ass stick on an overly enthusiatic protestor.
Before heading out the gate that seperated him from the increasingly unruly crowd Luke doublechecked his gear again, better to be safe than dead afterall: a cut/impact resistant ballistics vest and helmet, a stun club that could double as a flashlight, a riot shield, a couple of tear gas grenades, his trusty 9 mm side arm, a first aid kit, and a flask of Walmart brand whisky.
With a sigh Luke stepped in line with the rest of his squad as they scrambled out to replace the one stationed near the mobile suits. With a grunt Luke thrust his shield in front of him to push back the onrushing rioters who always became particularily rowdy whenever they saw one of the guard squads "retreating" back into the base. After his squad "quieted down" the crowd with the liberal use of their whoopass sticks Luke allowed himself a fleeting envious glance at the Mobile Suits parked menacingly in front of the base. So those are the newest models huh? Damn it I should be in one of those! Geez, one off-base trip with the CO's wife and suddenly your career goes down the crapper. Hell, I didn't even get to get the tip in before the special ops team burst into the hotel room.
Luke's inner rantings were suddenly interrupted when he saw one of the FUSE Mobile suits pick up a rioter and casually throw the club wielding man back into the crowd. Goddamnit, what the hell is that pilot trying to do? Cause a full out riot? Using batons and tear gas is one thing, but a Mobile Weapon was literally on a completely different level, it would be hard not to accidently kill a person on foot even if the pilot was being "careful". "C'mon boys we gotta go see if that club wielding sunnuvabitch is allright. We might be oppressing the population, but that doesn't mean we gotta be rude about it."
Using their shields to push their way through the crowd Luke's squad reached the thrown man. Taking out his first aid kit Luke kneeled down close to the protester his eyes darting over the man's body looking for any visual signs of injury. "Are you allright sir? Do you feel any major pain anywhere in your body?"

It's been two months since the Aesir Foxes had recruited the Moorhounds Operatives into their ranks as bodyguards. Cheese knew they would be of great help someday. Around 3 days ago, Cheese received intel from his friend in Italy that somebody was plotting a rebellion. Whether this has something to do with the rally going on, Cheese wasn't sure. Still, he wanted the Foxes to be on alert.
"The atmospheric reentry has made the Thermoptic Camouflage unusable for a while, so we have no choice but to hide as soon as possible. Crap, I'd hate to say this, but everyone, brace for fakkin' impact!" Cheese announced to everyone. The Captain grabbed the nearest rail and clung on to it like a monkey. The Fortissimo went at full speed, and crashed into the ocean. The waves created by the splashing ship was so enormous, they rose up like mountains, dwarfing the passenger ship passing by.

The protester that Takashi's Suzume shoved out of the way was flung back. He landed on the pavement, breaking his arm. The protesters saw this, and it made them even angrier. The Prawn and Nimbus units, along with the Zigbins, took aim at the Suzume. They marched to the gates, threatening to shoot the government office down.
"That FUSE mobile suit! He just injured one of us! Ah? You really want to start a war?!" said the civilian piloting the Nimbus. "You there piloting the mobile suit with a horn! Get out of your fucking cockpit and show yourself to us, you worthless piece of shit!" said the Nimbus pilot. The protesters hurled harsh words at Takashi, calling him a "bully", a "dick", "loser, coward" and more.
The protesters picked up bottles of stored and fermented cat piss, dog and cattle shit, and threw it at the Suzume's foot making the mobile suit stink really bad.
(OOC: Won't be rolling the dice since bottles of cat piss, and animal droppings won't really damage a mobile suit's foot)

Takashi was really starting to get bumbed out about the whole thing. He only made matters worse and made the mob angrier. ("Oh boy, now they're really fired up.") He decided to just ignore them for the time being and wait on standby. Some of the rioters threw bottles of animal urine and feces at his mobile suits foot, making it very messy. ("*sigh*....How much more juvenile can you get?") He flipped the switch adjacent to the one he flipped earlier, opening up the Suzumes index finger on the left manipulator and sprayed a fire extiguishing solution at its foot. He sprayed off the poop and pee, making it nice and clean. He flipped the switch off and went back on standby.

It had been more than a month since that unfortunate incident. Akira was now fully recovered, But the dire situation at hand could prove otherwise. They were employed to keep the rally under tabs at best. He and a handful of rookies. They had just went earthside yesterday and now they were on duty already? Talk about having it tough. Akira yawned despite seeing the 600-800 protesters. Sure he seemed calm and casual about all this, but after that near-death brush he had a month ago. One could say, that situation was more dangerous than this is and it has helped him grow a little. He was helpless then, but now with his Harlequin he had the means to fight to protect himself with no gun aimed at his head.
Taking off his eyes from the screen for awhile he checked the things he had with him. An MK-23 Socom Sidearm complete with it's silencer with Two extra magazines, Risa's memento (The Pink Cellphone),A small emergency radio, A small ration with a bottle of water and some bandages. Good, They were all there the way he remembered them to be. He returned his attention on the cockpit screen when a transmission of Ayana came in immediately. Obviously checking the head-count, or if they were just paying attention.

Again this guy. Akira didn't know if he was courageous or just really fool-hardy. Yes he did save his life more than a month ago and his indebted to him one way or another, But the way he's talking if the protesters heard him, Man would they be pissed.

Akira just facepalmed while shaking his head a bit, Man this guy has a knack for making things simple. TOO simple, that it ends up as insensitive to others. He butted in the conversation reinforcing ariah's rightful concern from a strategist's point of view.
"Takeshi...It's better safe than sorry, Better prepared than later on just shooting at anything that moved due to panic...We don't want that incident from a month ago to happen again don't we?"
Just after stating his opinion Takeshi did something...stupid. Flinging back a human being with a mobile suit's foot? Is this guy even thinking? Now the Mobile Suits and Gears took aim at the Suzume,This wasn't going well--they should be the ones keeping things at bay, not tipping off the balance from an already fragile crisis. Another sigh escaped from Akira's lips with a slight heave of the shoulder.
"I guess we'll be given the weapons-free orders soon if this continues up..."

Ayana laughed a bit, thinking about what Takashi would look like when he's bald. She opened a channel to Takashi and joked, "Commander Massoli looks like she'll shave you bald. Why not tell her that you need shaving 'down' there... since it's 'bushy' and obscures little Takashi Jr.?" she laughed, recalling the incident in the clinic where Takashi and Akira were stripped naked before placed in healing sleep.
Ayana looked at her thumb. "It's shorter than the ones I've seen anyway!" she commented. Laughter erupted back in the government building, unwittingly Ayana sent the broadcast to everyone when she commented on Takashi's penis size.

Takashi ignored Akira's critisms, even though he knew he only meant well. Just then, their CO's voice came up on the comms, a very angry voice.

The whole crew grabbed on to their butts. The Fortissimo had just entered deep water at high speed. It wasn't the smoothest landing, but at least they managed to escape suspicion. Cheese didn't really want an attention right now. He was on to something, which will be revealed to the world, soon, or at least for Italy anyway.
"Hey, Zemeckis. How are the girls doin'?" Cheese asked. Zemeckis was one of the crew tasked with overseeing the drop. "They're alright sir. We've dropped them off at trajectory angle 90-210 as soon as we entered the stratosphere. They'll give those apes one hell of a birthday blast!" Zemeckis promptly and energetically responded.

From the shuttle, Zemeckis was remotely controlling the mobile pods containing the Gundams. He just needed the go signal from the girls. As soon as they say they're ready, the pods will break open. The pods slowed down to a hover. activating the propellant jets underneath them to dampen their descent.
"Risa, Angel, Kara. How's things up there? Can you see the target? Don't forget to set your suits to ATB-Mode before I break the pods. You'll land better that way..." Zemeckis reminded the trio. Meanwhile, Cheese looked around for Sieg and Tomoya.

Tomoya had been curled up in a corner in one of the supply closets taking a nap when the ship had a rocky landing. So rocky in fact that a container of bolts fell and hit him on the head. "Ahh that fricken hurt." Tomoya said as he rubbed his head and made his way to the bridge. As he got on the bridge he noticed Sieg and yelled at him "Hey OLDMAN what in the hell just happened?" Then looking over he saw Cheese "Yo Captain whats going on? I was taking a nap and suddenly was being pelted by nuts and bolts. Where are the girls for that matter?" Tomoya asked as he absentmindedly rubbed the sore spot on his head again.

Dizzy sits in a foldable chair behind a black SUV with the trunk door opened watchin news reporter live from the FUSE Headquarters, talk about the mass protest going on outside their doors on his portable t.v. He pulls out a small novel book and licks a finger and opens the book and begins to read while glancing to the sky looking for something.
"I just hope he has some sort of plan for this,"Dizzy says and sigh's as his phone goes off a couple minutes later.Grumbling as he gets up and walks to the back right passenger door to get his phone from the back seat, he grabs the phone quickly replying to the phone,"yo Dizzy here............ah I see. Anybody hurt yet?..........seriously? Is the guy hurt eh?..........they didn't show that on the t.v. screen......alright keep me posted and make sure to get away if any shots are fired ya hear? I dont wanna lose you old friend. No one can make bread rolls like you can.......ahahaha! Give my regards to the missus and I'll talk to you later. My friends friends should be arriving soon if he said it correctly........ok buh-bye."
Dizzy snaps the phone shut as he sighs once more gazing into the sky and raises an eyebrow and looks at his watch. He walks back to his chair and folds it up putting it back into the back and turning off the portable t.v. and shuts the door.he walks to the drivers side and opens the door and takes a seat, starting the car up.
"Give him a call or not.....to do or not do....the main question is should I nag or no....? What do you think Stephano?"Dizzy asks himself outloud and looks to the bobble-head dog on his dashboard. He shuts the door and drives the SUV slowly down the dirt road heading further away from the city,"Maybe leave him a message of where to find me if he wants to chat for a bit. That aint nagging but I do get to call him up...maybe."

The sky was infinitely blue, and clear, save for three dots descending upon the troubled horizon. Inside one of these pods, Risa sat inside her Gundam Resonance, watching, waiting for the signal to deploy. In her hands was a small pistol, and a knife in case things got bad. She saw civilians through the external camera. Rioting, they stood in front of the Italian Government building. FUSE mobile suits were in their way however. Risa felt her heart throbbing violently. Her fingers were twitching.
Without warning, Risa stabbed the pod she was in with the Ignition Sword. She forcibly sliced the pod open, and then pried the walls with her Gundam's hand. She ejected out of the cockpit hastily, way before Kara and Angel got out of theirs.
"This is Risa. I'm descending to the zone of conflict. Over and out..." she announced. Something wasn't right with her today. The Gundam flew downwards, and landed right in the middle of the rioting crowd and the FUSE military. The landing was so strong, that dust was thrown high in the air, obscuring the Gundam. The dust subsided, revealing the Gundam Resonance with Ignition Sword in one hand, and Beam Saber in the other.
"FUSE... What's this?! Do you want another war!?" she growled like a tigress. The Gundam faced the FUSE mobile suits and outstretched its arms as if protecting the civilians and their mobile weapons.

And finally justice was served, Their Commanding Officer reprimanded their careless comrade Takeshi for his Rash and unthinking actions. A sigh of relief can be heard from Akira as he rested his back on the seat. He heard Ayana say something about Takeshi's size, everyone burst out laughing save for him. He tried to hold it back, Akira knew well that a man's size was also part of his pride--Being a man himself, Akira held back his laugh in respect to a fellow man.
His cheeks quickly flustered though, Did Ariah saw his? His Harlequin touched, Ariah's Harlequin on the shoulder for private communications.
"P-private Ariah...Sorry to ask this to you out of the blue...but by any chance...d-did you see mine...?"
His head bowed down in embarassment, he was awaiting her answer when suddenly something fell out of the sky. Smoke embraced the silhouette with something menacing on it's hand. A sword. A mobile suit. The smoke slowly cleared out to show two horns on it's head. It was...a Gundam, A blue one with a girly schematic.
"The Aesir Foxes?!" Akira quickly saw that Ayana's unit was closest to it, He got scared something might happen to her, and knowing that the harlequin has got the best close range weapon. The pressure blade, he quickly maneuvered his Harlequin infront of Ayana's Uesugi.

Ayana was actually preparing to fire at the protesters in case they fired at Takashi. However, something fell out of the sky and threw the immediate surrounding into chaos. When the smoke settled down, Ayana's eyes wasn't prepared for what she saw. A machine of legendary reputation. A Gundam, and one belonging to the Aesir Foxes nonetheless.
The Uesugi took aim at the Gundam, but a loud voice emerged from the building's loudspeakers. "HOLD YOUR FIRE!"
It was Commander Massoli. She saw the Gundam. "Like a bird, sitting inside the cat's mouth. Why have you come here, Gundam!? This is of no concern to you..." said Massoli. She wanted to attack the Gundam with her MS forces but she was afraid FUSE's image could be ruined if any of the civilians were hurt or killed.

"Is that their leader?" Risa asked herself. Soon she founded herself surrounded by FUSE forces, but she was more angry than afraid. She recalled the time in her childhood where her parents died after their shuttle got shot down. She could NEVER STAND THE SIGHT OF CIVILIANS BEING ATTACKED BY THE MILITARY. Though this certainly was NOT the case, as FUSE was merely overseeing the rally, the mounting tension triggered a chord in Risa's feelings.
This made her act irrationally. But she planned to back it up with more bravado. She was an Aesir Fox, and she can't afford to lose face here.
"Why don't you give the civilians what they want! Don't bully them because you have superior mobile suits. Tell you what, I'll challenge the best of you to a duel. If I defeat your champion, you'll let these People have what they want! And if I lose, you can do whatever you want with me!" she challenged anyone in FUSE who's man enough to fight her Gundam one-on-one.

Takeshi's radar picked up a new heat signature coming in fast. "Wait, what is that?" before he knew it, a Gundam-type mobile suit had dropped right in front of him, between them and the protesters. "Aaarg! A Gundam, here?! Oh, it's one of those Aesir Foxes I've been hearing about. What are they doing here?" A booming voice came from the Government building behind them.

Ariah was furious, not only did Takeshi just tell her that there was completely nothing to worry about; he had kicked a civilian, with his mobile suit of all things, which made matters worse for all of them naturally. It was clear enough that their orders were to simply quell the riot without armed intervention, and of all things to do...
She makes a heavy sigh
“Calm down, Ariah.”
She has to keep her calm, she has to if she doesn't want to get caught off guard for anything that could happen. Today just wasn’t going off to a good start for Ariah, and she prays that this will be the only time where things have turned sour today (though she doubts that, after all, who would quell down after a mobile suit just kicked one of their own? )
A small girn appears on her lips though, as she hears a rather amusing conversation came up on the intercom

It was then when she noticed Akira's Harlequin tapping the shoulder of her own, and she received a private channel from him

She hopes that they would decide to go for a melee battle; a ranged battle does not favor Ariah as she excels in melee combat , and she does not have a decent ranged weapon in her suit's arsenal.

Luke got a nice gob of spit in the face for his efforts as the club wielding protestor ran off back into the relative safety of the crowd, clutching the makeshift cast that was somewhat holding his shattered armt ogether. Fortunately, the man only came out of the incident with a few cuts, bruises, and a broken arm which Luke quickly and efficiently tended to. He might have been a real asshole at times, but the former pilot knew when to buckle down when he needed to.

He saw a trio of FUSE mobile suits off to the side, and could only shake his head in disgust when one of them, a man with messy long hair took out his cock and began urinating over a group of protestors. Fuckin pilots always makin shit worse for the rest of us. Luke thought to himself, completely ignoring the fact that he once was a pilot as well. "Ok boys on me, we gotta get back to our position before the shit starts hittin the fa-"
Before he could complete his sentence three brightly colored drop pods came out of nowhere and slammed onto the ground seperating the Fuse forces and the protestors. Out of the smoke and dust of the impact arose an unmistakeable image, a trio of gold horned devils majestic and terrible in the mere force of their presence. Only one name could be given to those godlike figures.

Hirmm wasn't finish pissing at the masses when suddenly a Gundam just landed smack in the middle of the protest. Hirmm was caught off guard and nearly fell from his mobile suit, the crowd patiently awaiting for that, but he managed to cling on. He pulled a dirty finger at the crowed below before returning inside his cockpit.
Hirmm quickly did a systems check and unlocked his weapons system.
--Hirmm: "Gundam are the enemy! I don't care if you're a girl! GET READY TO BE FUCKED!!!" He said over the voice-comms.

Angela... felt left out. In the blink of an eye, Risa broke her pod open and descended to the messy, gritty protest below. Kara followed, and even threatened to blow up the Italian Government main building. They have completely ignored Cheese and Zemmeckis' plans.
Sighing, Angela discarded the pod as well. They're here, and there's no turning back. Gundam Melodia descended like an angel from above, ejecting massive amounts of light from its tail-like boosters. She preferred to stay up, and aimed at the Cambarus, the mobile suit that to her, seemed the most hostile.
"Not so fast, there. Let's all try to resolve this peacefully. Nobody has to die today. Risa-san... there's no need to attack. They're all good people... just a little misguided," she loudly announced using the Gundam's speakers. "I'm sorry Cheese Taichou..." she whispered.
To my dear Foxes: Give my NPC the go-signal if you want to break the pods open.
