The commotion was so great, that his sister literally bellowed out the word "Shut-up", so everyone could quiet down. Peace would've normally taken hold of them in the normal case. But no it didn't, Just as Kanzaki was hoping for peace so they could all talk normally, Risa let go of his collar and went close to the Balcony Window, seeing something as she turned her pretty head around and asked them if there was a battle.

A Battle? Here? Cheese and Kain would've warned them by now. An attack force maybe? He didn't know, Nobody knew what it was, basing from the silence all of them shared. Risa outraged suddenly began spouting it was FUSE and their tricks. Kanzaki held onto the large balcony window and looked on, narrowing his eyes as he saw the words quite far and small but readable.

"Welcome Aesir Foxes"


What the hell was going on? Kanzaki turned his head around and saw Risa leaving, proclaiming she'll sortie out. He followed suit but stopped and gave the 3 left behind instructions.

"Let's not panic, I'll go and try to calm down my sister...as for you three, It'd be best if you head to Bridge and tell Cheese and Kain about this. Or if they know about this..."

He let go of the doorway and kicked himself on a nearby wall, using the kick's momentum so he could reach his sister Risa, He reached out and held her by the leg.

"Risa, stop. Calm Down will you? Let's talk about this."

Holding her leg he used it as a bar to move himself upward and closer to her and hugged her.

"Rushing out there won't solve anything, We're all still grieving over your friend...but charging out there without knowledge of what it is or plans, would only cause more pain and damage..."

Curiously, Angela also peeked at the window, and she also saw the big letters made out of light. Before she could react or say anything though, Risa stormed out of the room. This left Angela in shock. She looked at the space again, and indeed she was not seeing a space mirage. The letters were still there, shining brightly for everyone to see. "No, wait this could be a trap! We have to inform Cheese, and Kain!" Angela urgently told Tomoya, and Kara.

Without hesitation, Angela grabbed Kara by the scruff of her neck, similar to how a cat would carry a kitten.
"We're going to inform Cheese..." Angela motioned Tomoya to come with them to the bridge. Angela dragged Kara out of the balcony and headed for the bridge.

Tomoya was watching the display out of the window when Angela dragged kara out to the bridge beckoning him to follow. Looking at the display he said to the girls as he followed them. "Trap or no that is a large show of force. Not a true welcome." But he shrugged it off as he caught up to Angela.

"Are you sure we should all go to the bridge Angela? Friendlies or not they will fire on Risa if she gets aggressive with them she might need backup." Tomoya asked gently putting his hand on her shoulder to stop her real quick.

Paul's Birth Colony


Paul had to hold off on the mission once he had found out Victoria was pregnant with his child, also his attempts to reach Nepal for a confirmation were not returned. So he decided to return back to his home, as much as he disliked staying there for too long. He and Victoria managed to tidy the place up in no time flat, and get the supplies to do the minor renovations it will need in the future for the child. Charlie had gone to the RRE Research Facility on the colony and was currently studying the business with his father before returning to performing.

The news of the pregnancy and the thoughts about his future, and the future his son would live in, had led Paul to a thought other than the kind he had had since he started fighting. All he had really known was to fight, and after the war he assumed he had nothing else. The idea of a family had always been a laughing matter for him, but now that he was facing it. The chance of being a father, a father that was looked up to just as Paul looked up to his father, was becoming a recurring thought in Paul's mind. While Dragon Fang was far from done, Paul's branch had taken hits in the past months, and he doubted that it would count as much of a legacy in the eyes of his son.

This has left Paul thinking of something he could do, should he try and recruit and reform Dragon Fang, to attempt to make it a larger presence in the galaxy; should he attempt to do something even bolder, to try and put himself in the annals of history. This nagged at him, but now wasn't the time. For now he needed to take care of everything he could at home, should he have to leave for awhile.

He hugged her tight until he could to make her feel safe and secure. He eased his hug on her when he felt her wiggling her way out. He simply listened and looked at her in the eye as she lashed out even berating him and his way of thinking. That's right. He'll be the net that'll catch everything she throws, He will be the one that thinks for her when she couldn't. He will be her shield, her ever watchful Aegis. No matter what.

So he floated there, waiting for her to finish. Then silence took over, he observed her and saw that her face had finally calmed down or at least toned down a bit. She then looked to him and in a way apologized. But that didn't matter, all that mattered to Kanzaki was her calming down and not harming herself.

She turned around and headed to where he asked the others to head to.

"That's right...." he whispered."Don't lose your way..."

He watched her until she disappeared from his sight, He then turned around and made his way to the docking bridges, making sure they're locked, In case the fireworks were a distraction and they were to be 'boarded' without their knowledge. He was cautious with this for the reason he didn't know what will be and what should be.


Note:Just in case, Aegis is also a Divine Shield from Greek Mythology, It was a pun bordering on Greek Mythos and Gundam Verse.

Tomoya nodded to what Kara had said. "Your probably right lets get to the bridge then. But you two go on ahead I have something I must do first." Tomoya told the two of them and he quickly turned down a hall to the closet he calls a room.

In the time since Sieg had left he had moved many of Seig's weapons into the closet. He had sworn he would never be caught unaware again. So with trepidation he pulled out some of Seig's old gear and put it on. He pulled on a ballistics vest and threw his coat on over it. He then grabbed a pair of flash-bang grenades, and for good measure a pair of regular grenades storing them in his coats pockets. Picking up a desert eagle magnum he thought to himself how much he disliked guns but with a shrug holstered it along with some spare ammo. The last things he grabbed were his sword that was hidden as a plain old training blade. And Comet who he stashed in his largest pocket. Satisfied he looked at himself in the mirror and smiled. "Friend or foe that is for time to tell but I'm prepared either way." he thought to himself as he left his room and ran double speed towards the bridge hoping to make up his lost time.

The constant beeping on the screens woke Cheese up. He saw that the Asteroid of Tres Marias was right ahead, and that CHROME mobile suits have surrounded the area. Cheese got up and left the bridge for a while. He floated out of the room, and chanced upon the girls, and the two boys. Scratching his fluffy 'fro, Cheese decided to explain the situation to the kids.

"Ehkkk... Ain't no nothin to worry about you kiddoes. The CHROME forces, are our allies. And no they're not here to kill us. They just wantzzz to have an audience with us. So sit back and hang your aggression on the clotheslines for a bit. We're goin' fully diplomatic today..." he narrated his view on things.

Cheese didn't know how to break it to them gently. But the deal between him and Kain was the word, and he had no intention of breaking it. In his own opinion, this decision was probably for the best interest of the girls and the faction.

"Yes Tomoya, that is what we must do! We must follow Risa's example!!" Angela tapped Tomoya's head. She walked further down and saw Cheese. Now, Cheese told them not to be afraid. But Angela became more confused.

Playfully she bobbed her head up and down till Cheese ended his short speech. Then Angela became more confused. "The what? We're going to CHROME!? But Captain Cheese are you out of your mind!? They've been our enemies since we started using the Gundams! We don't want to submit to no sovereign powers!" Angela blurted out.

Finally secure and done with what he have done, Kanzaki had decided to go to the bridge, when the sight of everyone and Cheese stopped him, his heart calm but his mind waiting for dire news. He had remained still waiting for Cheese to finish while everyone else was doing their stuff, Angela for example bobbed her head up and down. Cheese had finished but what he said didn't seem to go into his head.

Chrome, their allies? Has Cheese gone mad? Allies to their cause? Or Allies because CHROME had no intention of attacking them because they had a concert here? Kanzaki couldn't make of it so he spoke up, hard and straight like a blade, his cautiousness fueling him.

"Cheese...when you say allies, you mean allies as in our cause? or Allies in the sense they're our temporary allies just for a concert...? Answer us."

Tomoya came up breathlessly behind the group just as cheese reached them. He had listened to what Cheese had said but did not say a word. While an alliance with chrome could be helpful it also had consequences. he was unsure of how he felt about it. and ultimately it wasn't his choice. So he just stood there quietly watching to see how things progressed.

Cheese however, was prepared to answer the newcomer Kanzaki's question. He placed his big, black hands on the young man's shoulders. With a toothy grin, the Captain spoke his mind.

"Hekkk... I understand where you're comin' from. You bein' a former FUSE lackey or something like their toilet cleaner. But make no mistake we're here in CHROME territory. Even with the four Gundams I doubt we can take on their grand army...." said Cheese. He rubbed his pointy chin and turned his back on them.

"Kain brought us here. He's gonna vouch ferrr us. He gonna hit the negotiation table good. Besides, this is not Lalionus' CHROME. This is something else 'yo. We gotz the chance to make a difference in this fakken' world. And it's possible with CHROME's assistance..." he added. Then, not wanting to say anything anymore, he walked away...
